Where would we be without Saint John’s Imperial Theatre? Heather Rankin Releases New Music Video for “Titanically”

HEATHER RANKIN SHARES NEW VIDEO FOR “TITANICALLY” OFF JUNO-NOMINATED ALBUM A FINE LINE

This morning Heather Rankin shared a stunning new video via CTV Morning Live Atlantic for her song “Titanically,” the third single from her JUNO Award nominated album A Fine Line.

The video was inspired by the story of Wallace Hartley, the Titanic’s bandmaster and violinist, who would be celebrating his birthday today.

Rankin heading to Fergus

FERGUS – Singer, songwriter, actress and Canada 150 ambassador, Heather Rankin is coming to  the Fergus Grand Theatre on Oct. 13.

“Rankin is perhaps best known as a member of the multi-award winning group, The Rankin Family,” officials state.

The group made their mark throughout the 1990s touring the world, selling over a million records and bringing the music of Cape Breton and Nova Scotia to an international audience.

Heather Rankin hits Civic Centre

HALIFAX: From lip-syncing underwater alongside a crew of mermaids to celebrating Canada with a tiny caribou, Heather Rankin has done it all over the past few months.

However, as the Mabou native prepares for her June 3 appearance at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre’s Bear Head Conference Room, she’s still adjusting to life as a solo performer, despite a JUNO Award nomination and two East Coast Music Award (ECMA) nods for her debut solo album A Fine Line.
